Directional drill team needed full time employment

5+ years of relative work experience of horizontal drilling. OSHA 30, Trench Safety, and CPR certification (preferred). Good understanding of PPE and First Aid. Demonstrable experience reading from blueprints and/or wire diagrams. Preference given to candidates with a Class A CDL. Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol and background check requirements. Be willing to travel across states (required).

The ability to operate and maintain any and all support equipment. Must be detail oriented and proficient with paperwork. Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing work environment. Highly flexible in daily duties and level of responsibility. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather. Able to actively participate in physically demanding work lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Maverick is seeking a reliable Drill Operator (Locator / Operator crews optimal) to join our excellent construction team. This role will be required to travel to different jobs between states. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment checks and maintenance, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring sites are kept clean and equipment is safely turned off and stored. You will also be required to complete relevant paperwork and reports. To be successful as a drill operator, you should consistently follow health and safety regulations and be able to take instructions from superiors. High performers in this role can drill with multiple drill head application in all types of soil.
