$17.00/hour+ based on experience for W2 employees. Also looking to hire subcontractors.
Qualifications
Knowledge of aerial cable installation procedures including placement of poles & anchors; ability to read & understand prints/maps; knowledge using various tools & equipment i.e., bucket trucks, diggers, excavators
Other Requirements
Able to pass pre-employment physical & drug test; possess valid unrestricted driver's license, CDL A/B preferred; availability on weekend & evenings for call outs
Job Description
Looking for experienced individuals in the placement of telecommunication cable. Responsibilities will include: performing aerial tasks such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, lashing; performing construction work such as digging holes, placing cable, air pipe & inner duct in various types of conduit systems; ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards; able to perform strenuous physical labor in all types of weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
