Two options for pay Hourly at $50 RT $65 OT or piece rate $112 Copper install or $224 copper install if it requires any pair repair or grooming. Copper trouble $112 . FTTH Install $141, drops paid per span
Qualifications
Must be Experienced Copper ( Twisted Pair Tech ) with experience working from CO to Home- Must also be proficient in FTTH installs .
Other Requirements
Must be seasoned Copper tech with FTTH experience as well and have all of the tools required for the job, not limited to but including meter ( Jdsu/sidekick etc ) hand tools, ladders 28 and 8 or bucket, all safety gear cones, voltage probes, gloves etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to make some good money, Techs currently in PA area currently making over 4k a week.
Work is expected to transition into FTTH only in the next year but currently its combo skilled. If you have Copper only skills we can likely set you up in an area where you don't have to worry about FIber .
