Job Description
We are looking for experienced (or willing to learn) individuals to install fiber to customers homes in Rochester, MN! What you will be doing:
MUST have your own truck(preferred), mini van, or full size suv with ladder rack (or willing to get one). There is a lease option to buy one relatively cheap from us! Vehicle must be white, black, or silver/tan in color!
Have your own tools and ladders. You can also set these up to buy in installments from us!
Install and troubleshoot all MetroNet services from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
Provide in-depth customer education on all MetroNet products and services.
Ability to be professional with customers and fellow associates.
Meet key performance metrics.
Physical ability to work various in conditions, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and in adverse weather conditions.
Physical ability to work from a kneeling or standing position for long periods.
Physical ability to climb ladders with proper equipment up to 25 feet (safety belt, safety strap, hard hat, and other equipment as needed).
Able to lift and carry loads of up to 75lbs including ladder.
Ability to work with basic hand tools and other specialized equipment with training.
Available to travel for training or as needed.
Ability to work other duties as assigned.
What You Need For This Position:
Valid driver's license/satisfactory driving record
Willingness to work as a team and independently
Climb ladders to hook up and install drop to houses
Properly attach house box
Run cable to customers desired room and seal the outside
Troubleshooting
Fill out required forms at jobs
Work outside in all weather conditions
Lift up to 100lbs
Pay will be based on how much work is done, sky is the limit! Average is $1200 a week with the potential to make more!

Salary: From $1,200.00 per week
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am until last job is complete
8 hour shift
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Cable or Fiber: 1 year (Preferred)
