Pay
Top pay based on experience along with Medical, Dental, and 401K. If needed per diem and housing while traveling.
Qualifications
Supervisors must have minimum of 5 years' experience in UG construction. Along with some knowledge of large duct packages. HDD Operator /Locator need minimum of 5 years' experience in all soil conditions. Rock and large duct packages a plus. Having CDL is helpful. Will consider drill teams with 2 years' experience. Heavy Equipment Operators need 5 years minimum experience with excavators, backhoes, forklifts, and vac trucks. CDL needed.
Other Requirements
Clean safe driving record. The ability to lift more than 50 pounds. The desire to work in all weather conditions. Transportation to and from job site or yard in local market. Have some knowledge with MOT, PPE, and Safety of all aspects of UG construction.
Job Description
We are looking for motivated crew members to join a great team in expanding our UG program.
Supervisors
Need to have knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and the ability to set up, oversee, track, all construction tasks including but not limited to dig safe, bores, trench, plow, placement of duct, structures, and provide accurate daily production reports.
HDD Operator / Locator
Will be required to drill out and pull back products from 2”to 12” bores and the ability to handle rock conditions. Ditch Witch AT experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Will be trenching, placing duct packages small and large, and setting structures from 2x3 HH to 6x12 MH.
All new hires will need or have the ability to pass OSHA 30, Confine Space, First Aide, and Trench Safety.
