Qualifications
TD&I Cable Maintenance is looking for entry to mid-level experienced subcontracting crew(s) in the telecommunications field. TD&I will provide cable material as needed – must have your own business insurance, equipment, and vehicles. Preferred skills include: excavation (digging, potholes, trenching, handholes), equipment operation (horizontal directional drill {HDD}, vibratory plow, mini-excavator, skid steer), fiber jetting, utility locating, copper splicing, fiber splicing, and/or aerial.
Other Requirements
Several jobs in the tri-state (MN, WI, IA) area. Once a job is completed to the required quality standards, additional work may be available.
Job Description
TD&I Cable Maintenance is a prominent underground/overhead utility contractor in the MN, WI, IA regions looking for an experienced drilling, plowing, jetting, splicing, and/or aerial subcontractor. Experience in transferring utilities, all facets of pole installations, over lashing, and copper/fiber splicing is a plus.
