Pay
$20-$45/hour. Starting out you receive 1 week of PTO. After 2 years of employment, you receive 2 weeks of PTO. We offer 401k, vision, dental, and medical insurance.
Qualifications
Lineman - 2 years experience required. Foreman - 5 years experience of running with an aerial construction crew required. High School Diploma or GED. Physical capabilities include climbing, lifting, and carrying a minimum of 75 lbs. Must be able to take direction verbally and written and be able to work rapidly under time pressure. Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and ethical decisions. Available to work after business hours as required, i.e. storm damage. Punctual attendance
Other Requirements
Competent pole and ladder climbing skills. Works aloft utilizing climbing gaffs, ladders, and mechanical lifts. Operates company vehicles and equipment including bucket trucks and other machines. Works outdoors in the elements. Reads network design prints. Accurately maintains daily log sheet and inventory paperwork. Follows all of Stewart's Fiber and Cable safety policies. Maintains vehicles and machines to Stewart's Fiber and Cable standards.
