Pay
$24-$29/hr for linemen, based on experience, $18-$22/hr for ground hands. Full benefit package including Health, life, dental, vision and PTO, 401k also.
Qualifications
Pay is commensurate with experience, looking for a minimum of two years experience for linemen.
Other Requirements
Need your own climbing gear, company can provide with payroll deduction.
Job Description
Q3 Technologies has a long-term project in southwest Michigan. Strand and fiber job, some underground pulling of fiber. All size fiber counts, 12 through 288 counts.
The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of NEC and communications construction standards and methods.
This is primarily a rural project, (RDOF).
