Tacc LLC
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Track and compile collected data
• Develop training materials to align with company’s goals and objectives.
• Professionally communicate training presentations which includes videos, database, handbook, etc.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, assessing employee’s level and on the job coaching .
• Pay attention to detail and communicate any concerns to leadership
• Adhere to all company safety practices and policies
• Review documentation/records completed for design deliverables.
• Performs other duties as requested by leadership.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, organization and detailed oriented.
• Basic level of fiber allocation design for splicing matrix.
• Self-driven, motivated, positive can-do attitude, willing to be trained
• Must be willing to travel nationwide
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Strict adherence to company goals policies and procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver License
• Understanding of Telecom, Fiber, and Outside Plant preferred
• Relevant experience with utilities, cabling, or construction also considered
• One to two years in telecommunication industry with focus on CATV
• Five Years of trainer walkout
• Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software

• Provide service and support during field visits
• Perform field surveys of Outside Plant (OSP) aerial and underground network facilities.
• Create and maintain documentation/records for design deliverables.
• Performs other duties as requested by leadership.
• Utilize in house app via IPAD to perform basic design aerial and underground fiber route maps.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner.
• Take legible field notes for the design of construction drawings in aerial, buried, underground, and building applications
• Deliver projects within timeline and ensure quality of work completed
• Pay attention to detail and communicate any concerns to leadership
• Adhere to all company safety practices and policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid Driver License
• Understanding of Telecom, Fiber, and Outside Plant preferred but not required
