Qualifications
Looking for experienced Project Foreman to oversee 3-4 year Underground Construction project. Must have strong understanding of UG micro trenching and boring. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for your assigned team of technicians and contract partners. Must have strong leadership skills!

Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
-Supervising local lead technicians and field technicians and other individuals or groups as determined by local management.
-Developing and promoting a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation.
-Foreman will have direct contact with our customer. It is important that these relationships are maintained and developed.
-Manage workloads and routing to ensure proper efficiencies.
-Managing day-to-day field operations for a assigned team, communicating with other members of local support staff, resolving issues
-Enforce company safety practices by completing random safety site inspections.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
