Job Description
CAT5 Construction Services is currently seeking subcontract plow and drill crews for rural fiber deployment in northern Missouri. The scope of work involves installation of single or dual HDPE 2” or 1 ¼” pipe, with vault, pull box, hand hole and pedestal installation along with fiber placement and restoration. Occasionally, road cores and sidewalk removal may be required. This is a multiyear project that encompasses hundreds of miles within the farm belt of northern Missouri. Lots of black dirt!

Underground subcontractors are required to provide all necessary equipment, trucks, tools, labor and insurance. You must operate within a culture of safety and possess the imperative desire to satisfy our customer’s needs.

Knowledge of UG Construction Methods, Materials and Tools
Ability to Read Design Prints and Plat Maps
Complete Understanding of Utility Locates
Quality Assurance
Ability to follow ROW and Traffic Control Permits
Safety Protocols
Damage Mitigation
Strong Communications Skills
