2+ years' experience with an aerial construction crew, Strong work ethic, The ability to manage and direct construction crew, Able to work in a fast-paced environment, The ability to work safely, with or without supervision, Ability to operate equipment, including, but not limited to aerial bucket truck, lashing equipment, and other equipment.

Standard Driver’s License Preferred, CDL preferred /Clean MVR, Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, & periodic random drug testing, Ability to work long hours, occasional overnight travel. This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting.

• Aerial Lineman shall be familiar with all day-to-day activities of the aerial construction crew
• Lineman must exhibit and uphold all safety values and keep worksite safe
• Lineman must have a good working knowledge of all aspects of telecommunications aerial construction including:
1. Make ready
2. Strand placement,
3. Cable placement,
4. Guying
5. Splicing
6. Must understand and uphold NESC code as well as all local and pole owner requirements
7. Individuals must be able to read prints and have knowledge of the aerial process
8. Responsible for safe operation of all aerial bucket trucks and equipment
