We are looking for quality splicers with potential for leadership. We are currently working on some multi-year FTTH projects in Wyoming, Oklahoma, Minnesota and Florida. This is a travel position so you can live anywhere. Pay starts at $25-35 per hour (plus overtime over 40) and we work a minimum of 60 hours per week. Production bonuses on top of the hourly, so we are looking for people who really want to work and have a positive attitude. Lodging is paid for, usually an AirBnB or hotel, $40 per diem for days worked and production bonuses are very easy to get on this job. It is FTTH, so it is very consistent work that you can be very efficient at and make great money. We will even train the right person if they have the drive. But those with experience, efficiency, quality and leadership skills are who we really want. Combine the best of worlds, stable In House position with production bonuses like a sub.
