Job Description
Prime contractor for Spectrum is seeking an experienced fiber splicing contractor for work in Hillsborough and Polk counties.
Equipment Requirements:
Bucket truck
Splicing trailer/van
OTDR
Light meter
Fusion splicer
Insurance
Job Requirements:
Single-mode (SM) and multi-mode (MM) optical fiber cables
Troubleshooting of fiber utilizing an OTDR.
OSHA, NEC, NESC, and other construction related guideline knowledge.
Ability to work from digital prints, submit asbuilts and invoices in a timely manner
Ribbon fiber
FTTP (Fiber To The Premise)
