We are doing a new build of 126 miles of strand, coax and over lash of fiber. This is work created by the storm but is not being paid hours. It is paying a really good composite Rate for the strand and coax plus a over 1.00 rate of over lash fiber. pay is 14 days out then weekly. this build is all together and not scattered Maintenace Repair work.
