Job Description
Job duties include visiting the job site to gain status of sub-contractor work. Compare prints/redlines to what is work is physically completed. Inspect the way the work was performed. Ensure the sub-contractor is adhering to all the customers work criteria, i.e. (Check to see that tarps are being utilized for spoils, orange fencing is being used to close off open pits to the public and general foot traffic, cones and signage are being used, PPE is utilized to include safety vests and hard hats). Report findings and production to chain of command through direct communication and daily reports. Verify work completed for billing purposes and keep production moving in order to make daily progress.
