Units with $130 per diem for the first 8 weeks and opportunities for sales commissions.
Qualifications
Fiber optic internet and home phone installer. Experience preferred, but not required; paid training available. We are looking for clean, team oriented, quality focused technicians.
Other Requirements
Truck, ladders, and tools. Clean drug test, background check, and MVR screening must be verified before training can begin.
Job Description
Primary function will be to install FiOS Internet services in the Connecticut market.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers on Frontier property.
Ensure adequate performance of Internet, Phone, and if applicable, TV performance.
Perform pre-install work order review and post-install customer education to ensure satisfaction of work performed.
Perform premises cabling and running aerial and underground fiber optic drop cables.
Educate customer on functionality of new router and explain placement of any additional equipment throughout the home. Assist customer with connecting all existing smart devices to new SSID. Resolve all customer inquiries before completing the job in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
