Job Description
Looking for a full time Recruiter, you would be responsible for identifying each area the is in need of man power by working with your local teams.
From there reaching out and locating the man power through word of mouth, Adds, Text blasts, Email blasts , FB , etc...
Interviewing technicians, on-boarding internally and on-boarding to MSO, ensuring technician is followed up with and kept up to speed along the entire process from first call to first day in field. After tech is working he is no longer your responsibility.
As part of the on-boarding process you would be responsible for credential requests and ensuring all techs are able to log into their devices and able to obtain work.
You must have an understanding of the Telco industry ( Install Repair, BSW, Basic Construction etc... )to be able to speak with the techs and have the ability to know if said technician in fact knows what they are speaking about for the position you are trying to fill. So basic knowledge of Copper plant, Fiber Plant is necessary.
You must have the ability to put in long hours at a desk sitting on a phone as a major part of your day is required to be on the phone.
