Job Description
INLINE DIRECTIONAL DRILLING INC. IS LOOKING TO ADD TO OUR TEAM. WE NEED LOCATORS, LABORERS AND MACHINE OPERATORS AND CDL DRIVERS FOR ON GOING PROJECTS IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS WE HAVE PLENTY OF WORK IN HAND, LABORERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO DIG AND SPOT UTILITIES, MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND NEAT JOB SITE AND ASSIST WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT ASSIGNED. WE PROMOTE FROM WITHIN THERE ARE PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT. OPERATORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MINI EXCAVATORS, PLOWS, TRENCHERS, SKID STEERS,DIRECTIONAL DRILLS AND LOCATING EQUIPMENT. FOREMEN DRILLERS ARE SUPPLIED WITH TAKE HOME TRUCKS ALL EQUIPMENT IS VERMEER

Understanding of CATV Coax and Fiber Architecture
Ability to Read Design Prints and Maps
Understanding of Plat Maps
Understanding of Utility Locates and the excavation of existing utilities
Understanding of ALL UG Construction Methods, and the understanding of specialized industry specific construction equipment/machines and materials
Pre-field job walkouts
The proper use of Direction Drills, HDD Locators, Plows, Trenchers, Missiles, Mini Excavators, Vacuum Excavators, and Skid loaders
Knowledge of the following a plus:
Quality Assurance
Permitting - ROW, Traffic Control
Safety Protocols
Strong Communications Skills
