Job Description
We are looking for a splicing crew capable of splicing in existing cases and troubleshooting/verifying viable fiber. The pay is schedule or SOW unit rates. We also have ER work from time to time and ER work is paid hourly for the temp fix and paid again with unit pricing for the permanent fix. We do a good volume of Metro E and Node split work. MUX experience is needed or we can train. The work requires lowering and re-lashing FOSCs as well as the needed work to verify continuity to the site. We also splice the end point into a pre-term in the rack. We can provide an OTDR that is capable of testing through the MUX, a DMUX capable OTDR is preferred. We have to shoot through the mux to verify continuity to the Head End. Call for more information.
