Currently seeking partners in various California markets to perform high quality drop bury work. Competitive pricing and a strong backlog of work available immediately. Need: Strong organizational skills, effective time management skills, basic hand dig tools, vehicle, drivers license, bore & plow capability (preferred) & an active cell phone.

Shovel, Hard rake, Whomper, Pick, Rock bar, Multi tool, Sidewalk boring tools, Can wrench, Fiberglass fish tape, 500’ minimum, Security tool, 100’ flexible tape measure, Hand tools and others as needed.

All Companies will be onboarded with us via the Spartan Consulting Group MSA and will be required to produce a Certificate of Insurance listing Spartan as an additionally insured. We look to partner with companies that have strong drop experience and are interested in growing in other areas of telecom work. (Construction, Backbone, Lite GIG, Aerial, Splicing Fiber)
