CAT5 Construction Services, LLC. is currently seeking experienced in-house and subcontract missile foreman and laborers in Kansas City, MO. Please consider joining a rapidly expanding company that offers an environment in which you will thrive.
This is year around, long term work for major telecommunications companies in the area. Interested candidates must provide an email address, phone number and a brief work history when replying to this ad.
Offered for the missile crew positions are 3 choices of compensation. You may elect in-house hourly or production pay, as well as independent subcontracting. Inhouse candidates would utilize CAT5’s trucks, tools and equipment while receiving our full benefit package as outline below. Subcontractors would be responsible for supplying labor, trucks, tools, air compressors, hoses, missiles and insurance.

That’s why we provide our in-house employees with generous compensation packages that include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and bonuses. Our subcontractors are treated and respected as if they are partners. Subcontract rates are competitive and you may invoice weekly with a 30-day net. All will be paid on time with direct deposits.
Missile crew applicants will be responsible for daily installation of conduits, cable/fiber, vaults and pedestals. Other daily tasks may include removal and replacement of concrete/asphalt, street cores/cuts, sidewalk removal, along with hard and soft surface restoration.
The ability to operate mini excavators, backhoes, forklifts, plows, trenchers, vacuum excavators, skid loaders and other types of equipment is a plus. A clean driving record is a requirement.
