$21-$23/hr based on experience and ability to climb. $112.50/week per diem, company sponsorship health insurance available after 60 days. Company pays half of the premium. All the hours you want! We do pay OT!
Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year aerial fiber experience and specific experience with running strand/lash. Experience with Climbing and working on the poles.

Job Description
Crew member/lineman for Aerial Fiber Installation crew.
Responsibilities:
• Climbs utility poles and can use an aerial lift truck to place fiber optic cables
• Performs new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, lashing, ect.
• Aerial and Underground telephone cable (fiber and coax).
• Drives and or operates diesel or gasoline powered bucket trucks.
• Understands and can read field prints.
• Flagging (vehicles and equipment where work is active).
• Performs general construction work (physical labor using hand tools, lifting materials, digging, pulling aerial fiber, physical abilities may require up to 50lbs., ect).
• Performs other duties as necessary (may require limited paperwork)
• Follows safety procedures per OSHA guidlines
• Ability to be on call and work after hours/nights/weekends as needed.
• Willingness to train for further advancement.
