Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the coordination of all functions of Kanaan’s fiber market deployments.  Responsible for overall project timelines, reporting, and workflow required to successfully launch multiple area-wide projects.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for the effective management of all Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team.
Participate in preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to cost control system, equipment requirements and utilization, constructability, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc.
Analyze operations, identify performance issues, and take corrective action while maintaining a profitable daily workload
Identify, monitor, and address problem areas and work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues, and act as a direct liaison between our customers and Management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:

5-7 years of related telecom construction experience with a proven record of successful construction management
3-5 years of Project management  including project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management, and project control
Solid organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
High School Diploma or GED
Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Preferred:
Knowledge of fiber-optic construction a plus
