Manager of our Aerial Construction crews.
Job includes:
training and recruiting new employees
Maintaining a safe and effective work site.
Ensuring production levels are maintained
Keeping proper communication between crews, billing, and HR departments.
Travel time is flexible and will depend on several factors, However we keep a 20 day on site 10 day away rule to give proper at home time
