Chathem NY: $3000 to $5000 a week with experienced FTTH Tech Cranberry PA: $1000 to $3000 a week with non-experienced
Qualifications
• Problem solving and trouble shooting ability
• Direct customer facing work/Accountability/dependability
• Understanding & knowledge of Telecom installations, maintenance and repair
• Cat-5e & Fiber line pulling and termination/Toning lines/Running jumpers in CO's and Cabinets
Other Requirements
• Candidates must have own truck, van or SUV with ladder rack
• Candidates will provide their own tools to perform their job. Laptop and/or smart phone is required
• Candidates will provide their own tools of the trade
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
Job Description
NY Area: FTTH Techs should be filled by experienced service technicians that can perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed Internet, video and voice networks including associated wiring and equipment. Additionally, maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas.
PA Area: FTTH tech, no experienced needed but its a plus. This position will be a floater position between fulfillment work, underground services, Flagging and construction.
