Are you ready to be a part of a successful technology construction company? Ironsides is seeking Directional Drill Locators to work in the Telecom field throughout the Little Rock area. The Drill Locator will interpret the signals sent from underground transmitters about location, angle, temperature and other factors for the drill operator, who operates the drill. Prefer candidates with locator experience.
Responsibilities:
The Directional Drilling Locator position will will work with a driller to install conduit and cable underground using horizontal directional drilling equipment and locating devices. Additionally, the Locator and Driller will work together to install handholes, flower pots, pedestals and row signs and cable as required. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned
Job Requirements:
• Some Drill Locator experience preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be eligible to drive.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
• Must have experience pulling trailers.
• Must have commitment to safety rules and regulations.
