Seeking In House Splicers - Hourly plus Production

We are looking for splicers of all levels. We have long term work in the Phoenix area for more experienced splicers and we have much easier work in WY and OK as well. For AZ, we would be looking for someone who lives or relocates to the area. For WY and OK, this is a travel position so you can live anywhere. Pay starts at $25 per hour (plus overtime over 40) and we work a minimum of 60 hours per week. Production bonuses on top of the hourly, so we are looking for people who really want to work and have a positive attitude. Lodging is paid for, usually an AirBnB or hotel, $40 per diem for days worked and production bonuses are very easy to get on this job. It is FTTH, so it is very consistent work that you can be very efficient at and make great money. $1000+ per week production bonuses are pretty easy to achieve. We will even train the right person if they have the drive. Combine the best of worlds, stable In House position with production bonuses like a sub.
