Job Description
For over thirty years, Mitchell Communications, Inc. has provided fulfillment work for Cox's ever-growing customer base. Due to recent growth, we are looking for a Drop Bury Supervisor to join our team.
Duties
Set up locates for pending drop buries daily.
Route Drop bury crews daily
Complete regular QC inspections (2% to 5% of completed work)
Respond to damage claims / customer complaints
Repair Sprinklers or other light damages if needed
POC for Client
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Order materials
Communicate with leadership on a regular basis on all aspects of operations.
Assist drop bury crews as obstacles arise
Maintain tool inventory
Interview potential applicants
Maintain an orderly facility
Manage workflow – make sure due dates are met properly forecast manpower needs in relation to work load
Skills
Superior communication skills both in person and digital.
Punctual
Strong attention to detail
Highly adaptable to an ever-changing environment
Able to perform both Field and Office Operations in a seamless manner
Advanced problem solving and Critical thinking
Quick to learn new skill sets
Open to direction
