Qualifications
Must Have minimum 3 years experience Locating DCI equipment for Vermeer HDD - Valid unrestricted commercial driver license, Reliable transportation, dependable, and punctual. Due to the nature of field work, this position may require overtime, working on weekends, holidays and the possibility of being called in during off hours. Able to lift/carry 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds as needed with or without assistance.
Other Requirements
Successful completion of pre-employment background checks, drug screen and motor vehicle record checks are required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Please provide an up to date resume and professional references. Valid Drivers license, with a clean MVR required. Class A CDL required.
Job Description
Directional Drill Locator/ Operator: 3+ years, Prior experience in underground fiber and coax construction, Experience with Vermeer 20x22 Series 3 with F1-F5 Falcon Locator, Knowledge of utility depths and placements, Capable of reading and understanding blueprints, Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather (i.e. snow, rain, wind, etc.) up to 6 days a week if necessary, Must have reliable transportation.
