Pay
Our price range is from $40 to $100 per drop. Our drop crews average between $2,500.00 (hand bury) to $4,500.00 (drop machine) per week placing 10 drops per day. Pay terms are net 15 days from invoice.
Qualifications
Must have some experience in doing outside work; running machines, landscaping, farming, plumbing, or laying underground pipes. Being able to dig is required for this job.
Other Requirements
Hand tools and a cable locator would be great. A safety vest or green T-shirts are required. If you place drops by hand we require the proper tools or make arrangements with us to provide the needed equipment before you start.
Job Description
We are installing fiber optic and copper cables underground at local homes and businesses. We are interested in crew helpers ready to move up and start their own crews. We have drop machines available. We have lots of work and want contractors (1099) with their own equipment. We can manage several crews from your company and provide an abundance of work.
The guys that place drops by hand, will not need a truck or van. Must have a car large enough to carry several boxes or reels of cable and tools.
