Qualifications
3+ years' experience in coaxial aerial construction required; NESC knowledge is a plus. Proficient in: Telecom aerial construction; Pole climbing; Fiber/coax construction (new build and maintenance/repair); Lashing; Overlash; Delash/Relash; Coax drops repair; Ladder work; Tree trimming; Bucket truck operations; excellent manual dexterity; valid driver's license required; ability to perform consistently; strong communication skills both verbally and in writing; CDL a plus.

Job Description
Responsible for aerial new build and maintenance of communication coax facilities
Understand the functionality of equipment, including, but not limited to an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand tools.
Operate and maintain equipment, including, but not limited to an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand tools.
Ensures proper working condition of all equipment before use.
Perform new build and maintenance on aerial jobs.
Identify and trouble shoot aerial related problems.
Maintain and complete aerial construction projects.
Complete all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
Work safely, with or without supervision, following all company and OSHA related health and safety rules.
Effectively communicate and interact with customers, co-employees and third parties..
If a Lead Crewman, manage and train lower crewmen
Work in urban environment with excellent people skills
Performs other related duties as assigned
