Job Description
Specific responsibilities include:
*Underground Utility Contractor is adding a 4th drill crew and is hiring immediately for locators,underground labor and equipment operators. General labor experience preferred in hand digging excavations, trenching, conduit installation, junction boxes and concrete foundations. Locations is depending on work we have available and area changes due to the field we are in. Any construction general labor experience considered. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
*Complete understanding of coax and fiber architecture and maps
*Knowledge of Aerial/UG Construction Materials and Tools
*UG Construction- Drilling, Plowing, Trenching, Missiles and Locates
*Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers/compactors, and rakes.
