Job Description
As a Cable Lineman, you are the face of the company. In the field, you represent AFW’s interest in the work you perform and how you present yourself to the public.
Responsibilities:
• Survey pole routes.
• Installation of Strand, Cable (Fiber and or Cable) with all hardware.
• Able to use a lasher.
• Splicing of coaxial cable.
• Use of hand and power tools while working.
• Flexibility to work across all divisions (Coax, Fiber, Aerial, Underground).

• A team-player who will interact with other colleagues performing a variety of tasks.
• Someone with the drive and motivation to reach a higher level in their professional career.
Certifications/Licenses:
• Valid Driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour/SST is a plus.
• Company will assist on getting the certifications if needed.
