Have basic knowledge of building construction methods and codes. Ability to read and understand CATV design prints, Must have basic computer skills. Able to work in different weather conditions and in an office enviroment,
Job Description
Report directly to the Construction Supervisor.
- Coordinate the execution of construction projects to ensure all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
- Assume the team lead role by offering direction and training to Project Coordinators when needed.
- Lead construction efforts along with the Construction Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines including site access scheduling.
- Responsible for requisitioning materials needed for construction operations.
- Resolve complaints with property owners as needed.
- Serve as backup approver on daily production reports.
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including weekends and daily overtime when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
