1+ years Supervisor Experience; 2+ years communication FTTH drop experience required; Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, and computer operating systems; Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills; Problem solving skills to assess technical problems, estimate work hours, and identify required materials; Perform duties independently with sound judgement; Ability to read area maps; Knowledge of standard industry practice

- Coordinate work of FTTH Drop and Install Crews on multiple project sites in area
- Maintain project records including materials, productivity, and resources
- Distribute work of contractors on both a weekly and day-to-day basis
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Communicate effectively with co-op representatives, crews, and landowners
