Job Description

Aspect Technologies Inc, Is seeking a FULL TIME W2 HR Manager for our FLORIDA Location.

Overall responsibility for HR function, including:
-Administering human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; learning and development; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale.

-Recruiting, both in-house and managing external recruiters for specific positions. Develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

-Work closely with senior management/ local project managers to understand hiring needs for each area.

-On/off-boarding of employees.

-Maintain communication with all potential applicants throughout the onboarding/hiring process. Keep them updated as required.

-Update Senior management with important changes/updates.

-Maintaining and evolving HR policies. Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

-Maintaining job descriptions and org chart

-Maintaining and evolving performance management and evaluation processes, including annual reviews, goal-setting, coaching, career development and discipline

-Providing guidance on workforce planning and succession planning

-Regulatory compliance
-Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

-Collaborating with other departments including IT and Accounting/Finance on systems, payroll, and cross-functional projects
Interacting with and advising other members of senior leadership on emerging personnel and HR issues

Requirements:
-Must have general experience in the CABLE/TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry & A clear understanding of the industry.
-Must be a motivated, Self starter, Hard Worker.
-Experience in HR & Recruitment/Administration.
-Penguin Experience preferred, Training available
-Experienced with Excel & Word preferred.
-Bilingual is a PLUS
-Verifiable Experience, References.
