Job Description

Crews are responsible for providing all tools, trucks and any equipment to complete the tasks assigned.

Material will be provided this is LABOR ONLY PRICING.

We will place ALL anchors, poles and do concrete restoration for this 178,000 foot strand project and 220,000 foot fiber
placement project. This particular project is 97 percent street-side.. Which will start mid June with two bigger projects right
behind this one.. No work-orders just, GO TO WORK !

Ordering materials, Notifying residents with Door Tags or in person of upcoming work in area and date
of intention.

All work will be performed in a Safe and professional manner. This includes all Vehicles in use are
Safe and maintained. Hard hats and personal protection equipment are always required by all
personnel in all areas. Personnel not complying with the hardhat requirement will be dismissed from
the site. Subcontractor may assess a fine for non-compliance of Title 8, Cal OSHA.

· Work entails R-1 Placement of Strand including Make Ready (this includes all Strand
Placement Any and all adjustments and placements on poles per make ready call out in
compliance of GO95).

· Work entails R-2 Place-Lash Cables, Includes Placement and Lashing of first 2 cables Coaxial
and or Fiber to bare strand, snowshoes where required and storage and tail coils as required
per plans (all storage and coil footages are not billable but are required as noted). 99% of the time we
one fiber anywhere from a 24 count to to a 432 (usually no more than a 288 depends on build)

· Sub-Contractor is responsible for repairing or replacing any surface or structures damaged
while completing its scope of work.

· Cleanup. Subcontractors shall keep the project free from accumulation of debris, waste
materials, or rubbish caused by its operations. On completion of the work, the Subcontractor
will remove all debris, waste materials, rubbish, and surplus material from the Project area
and will thoroughly clean the project, leaving it in a neat and broom-clean condition. If
contractor fails to clean up, RAD may do so at Contractor’s expense.

End of day reports of progress. These will entail updated Redlines modification to Make Ready’s if
Required showing what work was completed and sequential numbers at poles and loops, notations
of any complaints or issues. Pictures may be required upon request.
