5 plus years underground construction experience over seeing missile and drill crews, Be a good manager that can run crews in a safe productive manner. computer literate able to call in locates, and report production electronically via email.

We are in need of a good outside ug supervisor to oversee and run multiple drill and missile crews installing 11/4'' conduit,pulling fiber and installing handholes. you must be a good manager of crews and be able to run them not let them run you.you must be able to read and understand prints. organize crews ,issue work , keep good locates called in front of crews, meet with locators and customers to keep job moving smoothly. you will handle customer/homeowner complaints ,request needed materials ,fill out dailies, maintain crew production and payroll and submit payroll weekly and crews production daily. you must have a valid drivers license with good verifiable driving history in order to operate a company supplied vehicle. if you drive your personal vehicle you will get a vehicle allowance and your driving history will not be verified.
