Job Description

TCS Communications, LLC is a growing national telecommunications construction company looking for a Drill Crew Operator to join our team! We are accepting applications for a Drill Crew Operator who will run our directional drill. Preferred candidates must have prior drill operating experience and have a CDL Class “A” driver’s license. Must be capable of working in all temperatures, climates and weather conditions, and be able to pass background and drug screen. Candidates with 12 months of verifiable utility construction experience are eligible for $2500 Gross Hiring Bonus, for applications received between 1/3/2022 to 3/31/2022, start work before 4/30/2022.

Overview:
A Drill Crew Operator will performs tasks associated with the construction/upgrade of cable television or telephone systems.  We’re looking for Drill Crew Operator who is ready to make a difference by building tomorrow’s Utility Infrastructure. A valid Commercial Class "A" Driver's License, is preferred. 

Qualifications: 
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check 
Minimum 1 year previous experience or training
Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary   
Must be willing to train
*A CDL Class “A” driver’s license, is preferred
