$18 to $33.50 based on experience plus full benefits including: medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, and profit sharing.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Underground Trench or Bore Leadman or Foreman is preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience in Underground communications construction including concrete, asphalt is preferred.

Job Description
• SAFETY
Journeyman is responsible for his area set-up including traffic controls to provide a safe work zone. He adheres to all company and industry standard safe work practices and provides oversight to subordinates. A journeyman has the responsibility to shut down his area set-up if he cannot perform his job safely.
• QUALITY
The journeyman’s responsibility is to assure that he has all the tools, materials, and equipment to achieve 100% quality. In order to maintain the 100% quality standard the journeymen are required to self inspect every job location they complete in a given day.
• PRODUCTION
The foreman will plan and organize his crew to meet the construction goals of the project. Every morning the foreman will conduct a “tailgate” meeting to relay his goals for the day to the crew. The execution of the plan is what being a journeyman is all about.
• RESPONSIBILITY TO TRUCK AND COMPANY TOOLS
The foreman will complete daily inspections for vehicles and equipment.
