Job Description
Neuwire Inc is looking for a employee with aerial/underground knowledge in the Broward and Palm Beach County area. We are offering the opportunity to work alongside our very experienced Aerial and Underground crews with enough installation jobs to keep you constantly busy and start additional crews of your own. If you are interested working with a well established fiber optic installation company with competitive pay and steady work then we may have the opportunity for you.
Job Description:
Fiber splicing training can be provided if needed. Candidate must be able to read design drawings and have a provided by our vendors. Plan installation routes in a commercial setting from meter room to customer IT room typically inside customers suite. Posses a good understanding of NEC low voltage wiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and safely from ladders or scissor lifts
- Work with excavator and other under ground equipment
- Posses good customer service skills
- Has reliable work vehicle and hand tools
- Ability to read and understand Telecom blueprints and KMZ
- Computer literate with multiple software platforms Excel, One drive, google sheets, PDF, KMZ
- Must possess excellent communication skills and work as a team member with a multi diverse crew.
- Comply with company best safety practices as well as OSHA safety practices .
- Ability to work outdoors in any South Florida weather conditions.
- Work after hours for emergency restoration
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
Qualifications:
- Must have a clean and valid Florida state drivers license CDL would be preferable.
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work the US
- Must be able to distinguish primary colors
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Self provided masks must be ready to use on all job sites. Some job site require vaccination proof of records to be on site.
