Pay
Pay will be determined based on experience and position hired for. We pay every Friday beginning two weeks after your initial first week of work.
Qualifications
Drill operators and/or locators must have prior knowledge and experience on using the proper equipment in the requested position. For general laborers, experience is a plus, but not required as long as you are motivated, dedicated, and willing to learn the job.
Other Requirements
Must have own transportation to get to and from job worksites, preferably a truck (although not required) that has the capability to pull a trailer. The directional drill and locator will be provided.
Job Description
This job will be for new underground construction for telecommunications in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
We are looking to fill numerous positions in the underground construction industry. The positions range from drill operators, locators, fiber pullers, and general laborers to assist in the various tasks needed in order to keep the day to day operations moving. All major equipment will be provided, we just need the hands to operate it. However, you must have your own transportation to get to the work sites.
General laborers duties can vary from installing pedestals, flower pots, hand holes, PFP cabinets, pulling fiber, and digging potholes.
Each job may vary slightly and can be located in any city within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We are not limited to just one single city. Must be flexible and willing to commute to different areas of the metroplex once current jobs are completed.
