1+years of supervisor experience required; 2+ years of fiber-optic construction experience required; Must have knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and computer operating systems; Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills; Problem solving skills necessary to assess technical problems, estimate work hours, and identify required materials; Perform duties independently with sound judgement; Ability read area maps; Knowledge of industry standards and work orders

- Coordinate work of aerial construction crews on multiple project sites in area
- Maintain project records including materials, productivity, and resources
- Coordinate and distribute work of contractors and subcontractors on both a weekly and day-to-day basis
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Communicate effectively with company representatives, crews, and landowners as needed
