Job Description

We are looking for an Aerial Construction Manager that will be responsible for oversight of one or more aerial telecommunication construction crews; responsible for ensuring that the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of a customer's telecommunications equipment is completed safely, timely, and accurately. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to use cable placement equipment and tools; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities:
Manage in house and subcontracted resources performing aerial outside pant (OSP) work
Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of assigned department or project.
Oversee all on site and offsite aerial construction to monitor compliance and safety regulations
Accurately forecast resource requirements based on completion deadlines
Ensure quality construction standards while using proper construction techniques
Communicate effectively with customer to inform of project progress, issues ad projected completion dates.
Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Develop a strong working relationship with managers to maximize new opportunities for revenue
Conduct pre-construction meetings
Additional Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3+ years construction management experience with a minimum of 6 moths of supervisory experience
Understanding of all facets of the aerial construction process
Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
Able to multitask and prioritize.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license of at least 2 years.
Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
Authorized to work in the United States
