Qualifications
2-3 Years Strand Mapping. Familiar with Katapult Pole Engineering steps a plus. Equipment needed will be furnished by Spectrum Planning, Inc. if not owned. We are using Katapult for the field work including mid span photos and pole photos for poles that come into the Pole Loading Process.
Other Requirements
Late model vehicle. Signage will be provided.
Job Description
We are going to be performing wind and Ice Loading for Rural Fiber to the Home projects. Work will consist of getting all the items in the field needed to complete wind and ice loading. Items such as existing anchors, bearing of anchors, and taking calibrated photos of additional poles needed to get their cable and conductor contact heights to complete Wind and Ice Loading to allow construction.
