Qualifications
1-3 years experience at the management/supervisory level in the telecommunications industry. Ability to travel. Valid Drivers License. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Self-starter with the ability to work under limited supervision. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage people. Willingness to take ownership of the project and job tasks. Ability to organize and plan several moving parts.
Job Description
This is a long term telecommunications construction (drop bury) project with a nation wide company. The main focus of this position is to supervise in house and/or sub-contractor drop bury crews in day to day construction meeting the target due dates. With the help of other company personnel, work needs to be routed to each crew, jobs need to be tracked, issues dealt with, and customer needs met on a daily basis.
