Qualifications
Must have Digger pole truck, pole trailer ,all tools, signs and safety equipment to set and pull poles to include hot gloves, Boots and voltage detector.
Other Requirements
MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PULLING AND SETTING POLES,LOADING POLES, SECURING YOUR LOAD.TRUCK AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE IN GOOD SAFE OPERATING ORDER. MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND PRINTS SO YOU CAN SAFELY SET POLES IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS.
Job Description
We will be issuing pole assignments to individual crews to go out, survey and identify any issues that will prevent the safe setting of the new pole,in most cases you will only be setting the new pole with the transfer of utilities and pole removal to be done at a later date. you will be required to fill out a daliy that reflects your time and work completed. our goal is to set 3 to 5 poles per crew per day which is very realistic. as of now we are working monday through saturday with sunday off. This may change for those who want to work sundays.
