About LightSpeed Utility:
Lightspeed Utility LLC performs trenching, boring, and general excavation for telecommunication companies across multiple States. Our Head Office is looking for a Drop Bury Dispatcher to assume responsibility for one of our territories.
Responsibilities:
Providing daily and continuous Work Lists to Contractors working in the field.
Monitor movement and progress throughout the day to keep Contractors productive.
Answer commitment and escalation calls from the vendor provider and dispatch immediately or provide informational updates.
Manage an excel spreadsheet of pending and assigned work to be converted into an online dispatching program. Both dispatching tools must be maintained.
Assist Contractors on minor job scope questions if Field Manager is unavailable
Basic Data Entry
Keep track of active Utility Locates to safely perform jobs.
