Job Description

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Construction Manager to join our team. You will participate in a variety of construction projects, follow construction plans, and give out instructions as the Team Lead. Experience is essential, and you will have to be physically fit and a fast learner. To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

* Oversee the personnel to operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
* Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept cleaned, and stored in a safe manner, may include welding.
* Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials.
* Proactively communicate with team members.
* Complete the required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required.
* Supervise and directly coordinate the work of 5 - 10 crews.
* Supervise precise and safe drill operation; able to adapt tooling to ground conditions.
* Must be familiar with vacuum truck equipment and maintenance.
* Call in emergency utility locates and prepare damage reports according to company policy.
* Determine bore path per the prints.
* Verify depths and alignments of boring positions.
* Conduct post jobs quality checks.
* Follow specifications for the job and company policies
* Complies with safety procedures while driving and at job site
* Strive for optimal production while working safely and performing quality work.
* Analyze, manage and prevent risks
